A new Magellanic penguin has joined the Aquarium of the Pacific as the public was invited to see the latest addition interact with other penguins, aquarium officials said Friday. Rosie, the 4-year-old female penguin with a hot pink, orange and yellow band around her flipper, is described to be quiet, curious and playful.
