💫 5 Exercise Knee Strengthening Routine 1️⃣ "Tibial Rotations" (1 set x 10 reps/leg) - anchor a light (10-20 lbs) resistance band onto an immovable object and loop around your heel - keep your heel on floor and forefoot on a paper plate or slider (I use Slidez by @sklz ) - perform with band anchored on the outside of your ankle (tibial external rotation bias) and on the inside of your ankle (tibial internal rotation bias) 2️⃣ "Straight Leg Calf Raises" (2 sets x 15 reps) - progression 👉 single
