Simple cold pack peaches! Boil jars for 10 minutes to sterilize. Half peaches and twist pit out. Put peaches in boiling water for 30 seconds to a minute. Remove to cold water. The skins will peel right off! Slice peaches to desired thickness and pack into cooled jars. Make a simple syrup using 3 1/2 cups of sugar to 5 cups water. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over peaches leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Wipe rims, add lids and rings. Waterbath for 30 minutes. #usdacanning #peachespeachespeache
