Egg & Fish Salad... Ingredients: Fish (cooked, shredded or chunks) 2 chopped tomatoes ½ chopped cucumber Chopped cilantro Pepper & onions (spiced) 2 eggs, boiled & smashed olive oil Salt to taste Instructions: Debone the fish and break it into small pieces. In a bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, pepper, and onions. Smash in your eggs Drizzle olive oil and season with salt to taste. Toss everything together until well combined. Serve over potatoes (baked or boiled) and enjoy! 🥗
