Jan 15, 2022 · After much searching I found that going into Nvidia Control Panel, manage 3D settings, and forcing PS Remote Play to 60 FPS Max Frame Rate finally solved my woes. Just putting this here in case anyone looking for a fix needed a different option. I see several options on the Microsoft store.
