Oct 23, 2016 · Eric, Seems like you are reopening the file in Web layout view. Normally Word should reopen in the mode you left it when saving. Clicking on the Page Layout button (second) on the status bar (next to the zoom slider) should cure it. The question is why it is opening in that mode. Maybe you should repair your Office 365.
