Oct 14, 2020 · OMG had this issue. After an hour I saw a post that said uninstall the PS app. I uninstall the PS app, leaving only the remote play app installed. And low and behold, the arrow went away. Who knew that PlayStations own app would block its other app. So stupid.

After much searching I found that going into Nvidia Control Panel, manage 3D settings, and forcing PS Remote Play to 60 FPS Max Frame Rate finally solved my woes. Just putting this here in case anyone looking for a fix needed a different option.
