Oct 24, 2017 · As a work-around, select the address that you want for the envelope, press CTRL+c and then open the Envelopes dialog. If the address does not appear there, put the selection in the Address Control and press CTRL+v. The problem was that the Envelopes dialog box does not appear, so I cannot paste the address in at all.

To put that envelope button in the Quick Access Toolbar, right-click that envelopes button and hit the "Add to quick access toolbar" button. That button will now be added to your quick access toolbar and it now works just fine!!! At least that worked for me!!!
