SPRINGFIELD — The Springfield Township Fire Department Jan. 16 responded to a structure fire that resulted in one death.

An Oklahoma man, Darius R. Clark, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for possessing a machine gun and meth in Dunklin County. Arrested in 2022, Clark faces additional charges in Oklahoma.
