Thanksgiving day will be the tale of two different weather types in the Philadelphia region — rain in the morning, clearing skies and breezy in the afternoon.

Thanksgiving morning rain should taper off by the afternoon and temperatures are expected to dip into the 30s overnight as we head into a frigid weekend.

The rain is likely to stick around for most of Turkey Day, but shouldn't impact travel — or be enough to lift the drought.
