The risk of life-threatening flooding is still high in central Texas with more rain on the way. Searchers now have found 68 bodies in Kerr County, where a wall of water came down the Guadalupe River.

Amanda Jones of Anderson was camping along the Guadalupe River near Kerrville with her husband, four children, and three dogs when storms began moving through the area late Thursday night. They arrived at their campsite on July 3 around 3 p.m. and had settled in by early evening, pitching their tent roughly 20 yards from a tributary of the river.

Rescuers continue to search for an estimated 20 girls who were at Camp Mystic in Hunt, Texas when deadly floods from the Guadalupe River swept through the camp.

Families of the missing girls have turned to social media, sharing photos and heartfelt messages in hopes of gathering any information.
