The updated Porsche 911 GT3 launched last month, leaving enthusiasts waiting patiently to see what the revised 911 GT3 RS will be like. While we wait, however, Porsche has decided to throw a (frightfully expensive) bone our way in the form of a Manthey aerodynamic body kit.

Looking at the rear wing, it's hard to believe that it's even legal. However, the changes are not limited solely to the spoiler. After Porsche unveiled the refreshed 911 GT3 last month, brand enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the new GT3 RS.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is already one of the most extreme roadgoing cars on the planet, and its trick aerodynamic systems provide a level of capability on track that most drivers will never be able to fully harness.

This performance pack improves aero and decreases lap times. And it looks awesome.

Working together, Porsche says that the aerodynamic modifications can produce more than 2200 pounds of downforce at 177 mph, an increase of over 300 pounds compared to the vanilla GT3 RS.

The kit beefs up the already colossal rear wing along with suspension and brake enhancements, solidifying the 911 GT3 RS as the ultimate track machine.

Manthey-Racing has an upgrade package for the 911 GT3 RS, which the company claims significantly improves lap times.

Some new cars don’t bother with a rear wiper blade. Then others, like the Polestar 4, don’t bother with a rear window. Now we can add the Porsche 911 GT3 RS to the short list of vehicles averse to visibility.

Rear windows are overrated anyway.
