I just played my most anticipated PS5 game of the year — and now I’m even more hyped
Scheduled to launch on November 6 (for PS5, Xbox Series X /S and PC), I’m counting down the days until release. But earlier this week, I was given the opportunity by Planet Coaster developer Frontier to get an early preview of this park-building simulator sequel, and after playing two hours of Planet Coaster 2, my hype levels are even higher.
I played the PS5 Pro, and it’s clearly better
The Last of Us Part II Remastered: One single PS5 Pro mode at 4K60, PSSR-upscaled from 1440p. On original PS5, only offered native 4K30 or 1440p60. It’s clearly far sharper than 1440p60 (the grass!) and far smoother than 4K30. Some slight details in the original native 4K30 arguably look better.
Despite dominating the list of best PS4 games, Rockstar and Naughty Dog are nowhere to be found in the top 10 PS5 games.
