Kapoor rented the 3928.86 square feet apartment for a year. The actress has paid advance rent of ₹72 lakh for the entire year, the documents showed.

Shraddha Kapoor has rented a 3,929 sq ft luxury apartment in Mumbai's Juhu area for Rs 6 lakh per month. The lease term is for 12 months, and she has already paid the rent for the entire period. The deal was registered on October 16.
