Russia's growing economic and military cooperation with China, North Korea and Iran is threatening Europe, the Indo-Pacific and North America, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Tuesday.

The missile technology that Russia is sharing with Pyongyang “presents a dire threat to the United States’ mainland, to Europe, to the Indo-Pacific and to the wider Euro-Atlantic,” NATO's Mark Rutte said.
