Democratic Rep. Tom Suozzi and candidate Laura Gillen declared victory over their Republican opponents in New York's 3rd and 4th congressional districts.
Just after midnight, Suozzi had more than 51% of the vote, with nearly all ballots counted, according to the Associated Press.
