Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann made the next step toward putting their relationship behind them as they ended their cohabitation and moved out of their shared mansion. On Tuesday, moving trucks were spotted in the driveway of the house.

The couple, who split in 2023, have cut $300,000 more off price of their Georgia mansion in a desperate attempt to sell.

Former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have slashed $300,000 more from the price of their Georgia mansion in a last-ditch effort to sell the home and prevent it from going to foreclosure auction.

In an order filed in Fulton County court, Zolciak will have access to the closet Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Biermann is not allowed to enter the closet during those times. The order goes on to say that neither can sell or get rid of anything considered “marital property” in any way.

Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, are practically racing against time to save their property from slipping away.
