All-Stars Paul George and Joel Embiid both missed Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers with knee injuries.

As the Sixers now move forward, coach Nick Nurse gave the latest on both George and Embiid before the contest with the Clippers. "I think they’re both progressing OK," Nurse said. "Paul was on the court and doing some work. Just talked to Joel a few hours ago earlier today. He says he’s feeling a little better. Swelling’s getting better."

After the game, 76ers head coach Nick Nurse confirmed that the team was under the belief the setback would be the same this time around.An MRI confirmed there was no structural damage to George’s knee.
