AUSTIN, Texas — Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield has filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against his father's Austin-based company. Court documents show Baker, an Austin native, and his wife Emily, filed the lawsuit Nov. 22 seeking nearly $12 million.

That effort led to a settlement agreement, in the amount of $11.7 million. But the payments allegedly haven’t been made. And so the Mayfields have done the only thing they could — they’ve sued for the money.
