Who was Andre Silva? Diogo Jota’s brother who died in car crash
The football world is mourning the loss of Liverpool star Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva. Jota, 28, and Andre Silva, 25, died in a car crash in Spain in the early hours of Thursday morning. Spanish authorities say the car left the road due to a tyre blowout while overtaking another vehicle and then caught fire.
"Diogo was a silent hero for everything he represented on and off the pitch," said FC Porto president Andre Villas-Boas.
