A man has been charged after a bomb hoax outside the US Embassy in London. Police carried out a controlled explosion after a suspicious package was found near the embassy in Nine Elms on Friday morning (November 22).

The United States Embassy in London was placed into lockdown after a security threat, which turned out to be a terrifying hoax. It came after the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, was closed following an air attack warning.
