Chubb exited in the third quarter against the Chiefs, hobbling off the field and quickly heading to the locker room. After the game, Browns coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed that Chubb had suffered a broken foot.
“It might be a blessing in disguise,” Pruitt said about Chubb being out for the Browns final games of the season. Chubb has rushed for 6,843 yards since 2018. Pruitt said Chubb previously injured his right knee, so it shouldn’t cause any issues for his recovery from a broken foot.
