Crypto entrepreneur Justin Sun honored his pledge to eat a banana taped to a wall, a $6.2 million conceptual artwork by Maurizio Cattelan, at a Hong Kong hotel. He compared the art to cryptocurrency and announced a $30 million investment in World Liberty Financial.

The Manhattan vendor who sold the banana only received 25 cents. Now, the buyer of the conceptual work has offered the fruit stand a bigger payday.
