For the rest of the week, school is on a 2 hour delayed start for everyone in the entire Aurora Public Schools system.

Corey Christiansen, APS’s public information officer, stated the cause for the outage was “potential suspicious activity” spotted within the network Monday.

The entire Aurora Public School District was now on day three of no internet or phone service on Wednesday. Some employees noticed some potentially suspicious activity within their network and reported it on Monday.

Aurora Public Schools will operate on a two-hour delayed start Thursday and Friday due to an internet and phone outage. The district said the delayed start is intended "to support our teachers and staff in preparing for the school day.
