The actor is accused of letting his mastiffs roam freely around his neighborhood, which resulted in the mauling death of a neighbor's smaller dog, say police.

Police say a Cane Corso broke through a backyard fence the morning of Sept. 23 and attacked an elderly woman walking her dog on Estep Drive.

A Ring camera reportedly caught the mauling on camera, and reportedly showed Tyrese’s dogs scratching at the neighbor’s door moments before the attack. Cane Corsos have a historical role in guarding and fighting, but are more often seen as an aggressive breed of dog.
