Police have identified the two parents who drowned off Maui on Saturday.The couple has been identified as Ilya Tsaruk, 25, and Sophia Kovalevich, 26, of Snohomish, Washington.They were both pulled from the ocean at the Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve.
