Aster DM Healthcare, an integrated healthcare provider in India, has finalised an agreement to acquire the remaining stake in Aster Aadhar Hospital, also known as Prerana Hospital, in Kolhapur, in the state of Maharashtra.

Shares of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd. rose over 5% on Wednesday after it decided to acquire the remaining 13% stake in its subsidiary Prerana Hospital Ltd.
