Lawyers for actor Jonathan Majors and Grace Jabbari agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice, according to a joint filing in Manhattan federal court.

Mr. Majors was criminally convicted last year of assaulting and harassing Grace Jabbari, who then sued him in March.

Jonathan Majors is now free of his legal battle with his ex, Grace Jabbari, who had a filed civil lawsuit against him in March.

Actor Jonathan Majors and ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari have jointly asked a New York federal judge to dismiss her assault and defamation claims against the actor, Jabbari's attorney said Friday.

The deal comes after the actor landing his first post-conviction film role and announcing news of his engagement.

In a civil lawsuit this spring, the actor's former girlfriend alleged a "pattern of pervasive domestic abuse" in addition to defamation. Her legal team said the suit has been settled.

The emerging star, who appeared in boxing drama "Creed III," was convicted in December 2023 on two counts of misdemeanor assault against Grace Jabbari, who said Majors attacker her in the back of an SUV. He was ordered to undertake a year-long counseling program but avoided jail. He denies any wrongdoing.
