The ‘Scream’ character joins the ranks of the fighting franchise plus, a ‘Tetris’ docu-game and volleyball RPG ‘Beastieball’ are playable now. Rick Damigella reports.

In the video Browback called the two helpers “Black Dragon Enforcer” and “Black Dragon Assassin” and explained that these aren’t random anonymous characters, but that the devs actually know who they are. “I know who they are...but one of the fun things about Scream is the whodunnit aspect,” said Brownback.

Mortal Kombat 1 continues its hot streak of adding formidable fighters from other franchises, with Scream's Ghostface being the latest addition. Following the inclusions of Homelander and Peacemaker, Ghostface makes a name for himself in this first look at his bloody fatality.

In the case of Mortal Kombat 1, one fan points out that a few of the unique moves that Ghostface has isn’t a reference to the movies but other characters from the series’ history. Specifically, some fire and darkness attacks are pinpoint matches to Kobra and Kira from Mortal Kombat Deception. Check out the video below to see the proof of this:
