In Week 2 against the New England Patriots, Smith dropped back 48 times and threw for 327 yards and a touchdown. If the Seahawks keep that volume up, which they should, then Smith becomes a much more viable fantasy quarterback. The Kansas City Chiefs may have signed Kareem Hunt this week but that shouldn’t impact veteran Samaje Perine too much.

Smith has picked up 35.7 fantasy points in his two games this year. He has completed 51 of 69 passes for 498 yards, throwing for two touchdowns with one interception, and has run for 38 yards on nine carries tacking on one TD.
