LSU's recruiting has been rough, and it's now gotten worse. Brian Kelly's seat could very well be getting hotter by the minute after this development.

LSU head coach Brian Kelly spoke to some of the negative comments about LSU that preceded the win over the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Kelly's salary increases each season he's the head coach at LSU. His initial base salary was $9 million for the 2022 season and this season, he'll pull in $9.2 million, per the contract. By leading the Tigers to a bowl game this season, Kelly has already secured a $500,000 bonus so Kelly will be pulling in $9.7 million for the 2024 season.
