Big Ten blowouts shake up AP poll
Ohio State, Penn State and LSU remained the top three teams in The Associated Press Top 25 college football poll Sunday, Oregon is back in the top five and South Florida is ranked for the first time in seven years.
Tennessee moved up to 15 in both the polls, up 2 spots in the Coaches Poll but up 7 in the AP Poll, which is quite the jump in the latter.
After its loss to USF, Florida dropped out of the rankings. The Bulls entered the top 25 at No. 18. Additionally, Miami’s in-state and conference rival, FSU, moved from No. 14 to No. 10 after dominating East Texas A&M 77-3 in Tallahassee.
