Try the Holiday Inn Express, my understanding is that you can book a self catering suite with two or three rooms at a reasonable price and that breakfast and WiFi is included. The hotel that I have seen was within walking distance, about 3 miles from the waterfront and on the Old Town Trolley route. City bus service is also very reliable and cheap. Good luck and enjoy you guys will have a wonderful time.
