Start PowerPoint from command line and use the /M switch to have PowerPoint run a specified macro when it starts a named presentation file. Hi all. I’m tweaking an old ppt presentation that included action buttons to advance the slides. All action buttons have been removed and yet the ppt will not advance after pressing the space bar or clicking on the screen. I have confirmed the ppt transition of all slides requires a mouse click. PowerPoint will name your slide "Slide#" wherever it was inserted, so if you insert your slide in the middle of your presentation, you can have multiple slides with the same name.
