"Horrible customer service over the phone. They do not have the product they say they have in stock in store. They say they will not charge your card until you have picked up your order but they still do and then they say they can't do anything about that and you have to call customer service to get that amount that they should've never charged you with removed. They won't automatically give you back the money even though they canceled your order. Holly and Nicole are pathetic."
