After finding out it was bad they setup an appointment to drop off a new refrigerator. Works perfectly. Thank you so much. My family and I are so grateful! \n\nOld review: I did Acima buy now pay later option. We brought our appliances home, first refrigerator was bad so we drove it back to them a few days later. Second refrigerator was bad so we called and expected for them to think "well this is the second refrigerator maybe I should go myself to fix". No, the owner, the older man got on the phone and spoke to us like we were crap. My husband stayed calm. The old man yelled and yelled "maybe it's your house!! We are not going, you bring it back!!" And he hung up on us. \nWhat kind of customer service is that!? \nIt's been two weeks. We haven't called back. We called Acima but now no one at the appliance store is answering Acima's calls. They don't want to fix it or they don't want us to return the item. So my family and I are living out of one cooler waiting for them to answer Acima so they can make right what they wronged. The younger guy is respectful but the older man is just rude and disrespectful. He speaks to his customers HORRIBLY. We would like to just get the refrigerator fixed or a third one or just cancel the entire order. We literally bought $3,000 worth of appliances and this is how they treat us. That's horrible business and so heartless of them to not care that they do things like this to families. It's just very disappointing. \nMaybe by the grace of God he'll feel bad because we just literally want a working refrigerator. That's it. We live 1 mile from their store."

"This is about a $5000 defective (possibly used) mattress we are unable to return. Date of initial sale: Sunday July 20, 2025 Product: Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt Twin XL (medium) and Twin XL (firm) Cost: $5000 (sold on a comfort guarantee and 30-day return policy for this major purchase) -- Delivered: Saturday August 2, 2025 Requested exchange: August 24, 2025 (firm mattress too firm, medium was better) -- Replacement Product: Tempur-Pedic Pro-Breeze (medium, king size) Cost: same but bought additional low profile box spring ($300) -- Delivered: Tuesday September 2, 2025 Reported something wrong with mattress about a week later and couldn't use the mattress. It was abnormally soft in spots as if it was previously used. Sales person said she would need to contact the store manager who would look into options and get back to us. After another week went by we didn't hear from them, we went back to the store. The manager seemed surprised to see us and tried to blame not getting back to us on his sales associate. Asking for an update on our options for return or exchange, the manager (Adam) unprofessionally and flippantly told us we're stuck with the defective product and if we don't like it, sell it on Facebook marketplace. We said this was unacceptable and asked to speak with someone else. Without any help from Adam, we did our own research and found the President's hotline number. I left a voicemail to explain and escalate this matter. I felt the representative Jonathon was much more professional and said he would get back to me in a day or so. After patiently waiting three weeks for a resolution, and following up a couple of times, I decided it would be in our best interests to file this complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We still seek a fair resolution that could include a refund minus 20% restocking fee, a new mattress to replace the defective one (possibly used?) we were given, or even store credit to buy appliances we need. We cannot accept keeping a $5000 defective mattress we cannot use or sell. Buyer beware of these sketchy sales practices. Update: I also filed a claim with the Ohio Attorney General's consumer protection department."

"We paid $99 for Threshold delivery. A third-party deliverer brought the delivery, but initially refused threshold service, since their paperwork didn't show it. I called Home Depot in front of them, and they changed their tune fast. Not sure if Home Depot is at fault or the delivery service, but my wife and I came away frustrated with this process. Improvements must be made!"

Can someone post a link/list of RVU per common rad exam. I've done an exhaustive search online and all I could find were tables of fee reduction for 2021 and cpt codes, etc. nothing that actually says how many rvus each study is worth in 2021. Thanks.
